HOW TO ORDER
Buying your Butsudan online from Three Treasures Butsudans is as easy as 1-2-3, with just three simple steps to take.
Step 1
Download and print off 2 copies of our 2 page order form and fill in the relevant information required on both sets. Ensure that your contact details and product specification are correct. Retain one copy for your own files.
Step 2
Refer to our Terms of Business and sign your completed order form only if you are prepared to be legally bound by its content. Failure to agree to our Terms of Business will result in your order being null and void.
Step 3
Send your completed signed order together with your payment to the address shown at the bottom of The Three Treasures Butsudans order form. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to acknowledge and confirm your specification details before committing to production.
Payment Terms
All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
1. Discount Full and final payment attached to your initial order for any product attracts a 5% discount from our published internet price list (excluding delivery charges).
2. Deposit You must attach to your initial order of any product a prepayment of 50% of the published list price. Final payment of 50% plus any delivery charges in full and final settlement is due 7 days prior to dispatch. No discount will be applied to this arrangement.
Payment Methods
We do not accept payment by credit/debit cards. Payment can only be made by Personal Cheque, Bankers Draft, Building Society cheque, Cash or International Money Order. All payments must be tendered in (UK) pounds sterling and made payable to : M A Hamilton.
